Question: What is your delivery charge?
Answer: Our delivery charge is calculated on how far away the delivery is. Local delivery to Blackwood and surrounding areas starts from $30 each way. Large deliveries, deliveries where more than one person is required and deliveries with difficult access will incur additional charges.
Question: Do I have to clean items before returning them?
Question: What happens if I break/lose something?
Answer: All breakages and missing items must be paid for on return of hire items or breakages will be charged to your credit card.
Question: Can I return items at the weekend?
Answer: Yes, items can be returned to Blackwood Hire Centre, 176 Main Road, Blackwood from 7am to 5pm on Saturday and 8am - 5pm Sundays.
Answer: Hire items can usually be collected from 9am on Friday morning and should be returned by 12 noon on the following Monday. Midweek hires are available for collection from Monday morning and return no later than Friday morning. For hire periods other than these, please contact us direct.
